These terms govern your use of WardaOS. If you create an account or use the service, you accept them.

Acceptance of terms

By using WardaOS, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

WardaOS helps sellers track inventory, sales, expenses, imports, and business performance.

Account registration and security

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity that happens on your account.

Subscription billing and refunds

Paid plans will be billed on a recurring basis once billing is introduced. EU customers normally receive a 14-day cooling-off period. If you request immediate access to paid digital services, you may be asked to waive that cooling-off period before the paid service starts.

Acceptable use

You must not use WardaOS for unlawful activity, abuse the platform, or interfere with other users or the service.

Intellectual property

WardaOS and its software, branding, and materials remain the property of WardaOS unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of liability

WardaOS is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are broken. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the law of the seller's country until the final business entity is confirmed.
