WardaOS is operated by WardaOS. You can contact us at support@wardaos.com. For GDPR purposes, WardaOS acts as the data controller for the personal data described here.

Who we are

WardaOS helps independent marketplace sellers track products, sales, expenses, and profit in one place. When you create an account or use the app, we process personal data so we can provide the service to you.

What data we collect

  • Account data such as your email address, name, country, and default currency.
  • Usage data such as the products, stores, sales, expenses, and notes you enter.
  • Files such as product photos, receipts, and CSV files you upload.
  • Technical data such as IP address, user agent, and cookies.
  • Payment data handled by Stripe. We do not store full card details ourselves.

Why we collect it

We use your data to provide and secure the service, process billing, offer support, and comply with legal obligations.

Where it is stored

Application data is stored in Supabase EU (Frankfurt). Hosting and delivery run through Vercel EU edge infrastructure. Payments are processed by Stripe, which may transfer data internationally using appropriate transfer safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data until you delete your account. A minimal deletion audit log may be retained for up to one year to document the deletion request and meet legal record-keeping needs.

Your GDPR rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, portability, or object to processing where applicable. You can use Settings → Data inside the app or email support@wardaos.com to exercise your rights.

Sub-processors

We currently rely on Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, and Resend to provide parts of the service.
